1) Przygotowywanie pism w ramach bieżącej działalności Grupy Zabezpieczenia nr 1; 2) Obsługa funkcjonujących systemów informatycznych resortowych; 3) Przygotowywanie zestawień, sprawozdań, prezentacji, analiz oraz innych dokumentów według potrzeb; 4) Ścisłe współdziałanie z Kierownikiem Grupy Zabezpieczenia nr 1 oraz pracownikami innych komórek organizacyjnych w zakresie realizacji przedsięwzięć związanych z wykonywanymi zadaniami zgodnie z posiadanym zakresem odpowiedzialności; 5) Monitorowanie zmian w ustawie o obronie Ojczyzny, Kodeksie Pracy (KP) oraz innych ustawach i aktach wykonawczych. 6) Pogłębianie wiedzy z zakresu znajomości przepisów prawa i dokumentów normatywnych wynikających z charakteru wykonywanych obowiązków; 7) Udzielanie informacji telefonicznie z zachowaniem przepisów ustawy o ochronie informacji niejawnych oraz ustawy o ochronie danych osobowych; 8) Archiwizacja dokumentów Grupy Zabezpieczenia nr 1; 9) Udział w odprawach i szkoleniach związanych z zakresem odpowiedzialności na stanowisku pracy; 10) Wykonywanie innych zadań wynikających z odrębnych przepisów określonych przez Kierownika Grupy Zabezpieczenia nr 1 w zakresie swoich kompetencji na zajmowanym stanowisku.

Praca w godz.: 7:00-15:30 (pon.-czw.) i 7:00-13:00 (pt).
