Do podstawowych obowiązków należy w szczególności: 1) organizacja projektów rozwojowych i szkoleniowych realizowanych w ramach Centrum Rozwoju Artysty, w tym w ramach Biura Karier, 2) przygotowywanie dokumentacji dotyczącej projektów (m.in. umów cywilnoprawnych, zamówień do podwykonawców, regulaminów, porozumień o współpracy), 3) poszukiwanie i publikacja ofert pracy dla studentów i absolwentów, 4) redagowanie i publikowanie treści na temat projektów Centrum Rozwoju Artysty na stronie www.amuz.wroc.pl i w mediach społecznościowych, 5) prowadzenie monitoringu losów zawodowych absolwentów, 6) prowadzenie badań opinii pracodawców, 7) wsparcie studentów w procesie aplikowania o stypendia i granty, 8) pomoc w prowadzeniu ewaluacji projektów Centrum Rozwoju Artysty, w tym Biura Karier, 9) współpraca z jednostkami merytorycznymi oraz jednostkami organizacyjnymi Uczelni.
