Odbieranie korespondencji skierowanej do BP z właściwego Urzędu Pocztowego, przyjmowanie oraz rejestracja dokumentacji składanych przez wnioskodawców/beneficjentów, podpisywanie, stemplowanie potwierdzeń 2. Rejestrowanie korespondencji wpływającej do BP. Prowadzenie wstępnej segregacji przesyłek dostarczonych do Biura Powiatowego, rejestracja oraz prowadzenie obiegu delegacji i faktur. 3. Potwierdzenie nadania poczty wychodzącej. 4. Przekazywanie korespondencji na Pocztę i do OR. Kontakty z Beneficjentami. 5.
