Kompleksowe i w pełni samodzielne prowadzenie pełnej księgowości (KH) dla kluczowych klientów biura, w tym spółek prawa handlowego oraz fundacji (z uwzględnieniem rozliczania dotacji, projektów unijnych oraz podziału na działalność statutową i gospodarczą). Nadzór nad prawidłowością rozliczeń podatkowych (CIT, VAT, PIT), sporządzanie i autoryzacja plików JPK_V7 oraz przygotowywanie rocznych sprawozdań finansowych. Prowadzenie ewidencji dla księgowości uproszczonej (KPiR, ryczałt) dla wybranych, strategicznych podmiotów. Reprezentowanie klientów przed Urzędem Skarbowym, ZUS, KRS i GUS, w tym samodzielne sporządzanie wyjaśnień oraz aktywny udział w ewentualnych kontrolach. Wsparcie merytoryczne i konsultacje w trudniejszych zagadnieniach dla pozostałych członków zespołu księgowego i asystentów. Bieżące, partnerskie doradztwo księgowo-podatkowe dla klientów biznesowych i dbanie o wysoki standard obsługi. Współtworzenie i optymalizacja procesów księgowych wewnątrz biura z naciskiem na automatyzację i pracę w duchu paperless. Dbanie o prawidłowy obieg dokumentacji i terminowość w wyznaczonym portfelu klientów.

wykształcenie - średnie zawodowe, kierunek: technik ekonomista, finanse i rachunkowość, ekonomia zawód - Główny księgowy wykształcenie technik ekonomista, finanse i rachunkowość, ekonomia staż pracy: ogółem minimum 3 lata w zawodzie minimum 3 lata

-mile widziany kurs I i II stopnia w Stowarzyszeniu Księgowych znajomość języków obcych (poziom znajomości) J. angielski średnio zaawansowany -doświadczenie na stanowisku Samodzielnego/Starszego Księgowego lub Głównego Księgowego, w tym doświadczenie zdobyte w dynamicznym środowisku biura rachunkowego. -biegła, ekspercka znajomość systemu Comarch ERP Optima (warunek konieczny). -ugruntowana, praktyczna i aktualna wiedza z zakresu Ustawy o Rachunkowości, przepisów podatkowych oraz podstaw prawa pracy i ubezpieczeń społecznych. -zdolność do analitycznego myślenia i samodzielnego rozwiązywania złożonych, nietypowych problemów księgowych. -doskonała organizacja pracy własnej, rzetelność i poczucie pełnej odpowiedzialności za przypisany portfel firm. -wysoko rozwinięte umiejętności komunikacyjne niezbędne do płynnej współpracy z biznesem oraz zarządami spółek. -otwartość na nowoczesne technologie i innowacyjne podejście do procesów finansowych.
