  • wykonywanie zadań Inspektora Bezpieczeństwa Teleinformatycznego w zakresie weryfikacji i bieżącej kontroli zgodności funkcjonowania systemów teleinformatycznych;
  • zapewnienie prawidłowej realizacji zadań kancelarii tajnej;
  • prowadzenie na bieżąco ewidencji jawnych i niejawnych dokumentów wchodzących i wychodzących oraz urządzeń ewidencyjnych;
  • egzekwowanie przestrzegania przepisów o ochronie informacji niejawnych, wewnętrznych instrukcji oraz właściwego obiegu i przechowywania dokumentów przez wykonawców;
  • udzielanie pomocy wykonawcom z zakresu zasad pracy biurowej oraz ochrony informacji niejawnych;
  • prowadzenie ewidencji środków ochrony elektromagnetycznej oraz wykazu sprzętu i wyposażenia do zabezpieczenia ochrony informacji niejawnych,
  • prowadzenie kontroli bieżących w zakresie przestrzegania przepisów o ochronie informacji niejawnych;

wykształcenie - średnie ogólnokształcące zawód - Specjalista ochrony informacji niejawnych WYMAGANIA NIEZBĘDNE: wykształcenie: średnie staż pracy: 2 - 4 lata (w przypadku wykształcenia średniego 4 letni staż pracy) znajomość ustawy o ochronie informacji niejawnych posiadanie obywatelstwa polskiego korzystanie z pełni praw publicznych nieskazanie prawomocnym wyrokiem za przestępstwo umyślne lub umyślne przestępstwo skarbowe znajomość metod pracy biurowej umiejętność pracy w środowisku MS Office umiejętność pracy w zespole umiejętność pracy pod presją czasu komunikatywność, asertywność, samodzielność, skrupulatność, terminowość dyspozycyjność oraz chęć rozwoju (możliwość udziału w kursach lub szkoleniach poza stałym miejscem pracy)

WYMAGANIA DODATKOWE: pożądane wykształcenie: wyższe magisterskie, preferowane ukończenie studiów na kierunkach informatycznych lub na kierunku bezpieczeństwo narodowe albo bezpieczeństwo wewnętrzne; zaświadczenie o przeszkoleniu w zakresie ochrony informacji niejawnych wydane przez ABW/SKW; posiadanie poświadczenia bezpieczeństwa dopuszczającego do przetwarzania informacji oznaczonych klauzulą TAJNE; doświadczenie w zakresie pracy w środowisku służb mundurowych; posiadanie zaświadczenia o odbyciu specjalistycznego szkolenia w zakresie ochrony informacji niejawnych w systemach teleinformatycznych dla inspektorów bezpieczeństwa teleinformatycznego; posiadanie zaświadczenia stwierdzającego odbycie specjalistycznego szkolenia dla kandydatów na stanowiska służbowe w kancelariach tajnych.
