prowadzenie procesów rekrutacyjnych na stanowiska kierowców, mechaników oraz pracowników administracyjnych, organizowanie wdrożenia nowych pracowników, prowadzenie dokumentacji pracowniczej oraz nadzór terminowości badań lekarskich, szkoleń BHP i uprawnień, współpraca z biurem rachunkowym lub działem kadr i płac, prowadzenie widencji czasu pracy, urlopów i absencji, przygotowywanie zakresów obowiązków, procedur oraz regulaminów, wsparcie kierowników w sprawach pracowniczych i organizacyjnych, udział w rozwiązywaniubieżących problemów kadrowych, prowadzenie bieżącej administracjki oraz obiegu dokumentów, udział w usprawnianiu procesów organizacyjnych i personalnych, zapewnienie zgodności działań z przepisami prawa pracy oraz ochrony danych osobowych
