Kontrola formalno-rachunkowa dokumentów księgowych; Dekretowanie i księgowanie dokumentów księgowych, w tym: faktur dotyczących inwestycji Spółki; Rozliczanie inwestycji zgodnie z obowiązującymi umowami i przepisami; Prowadzenie ewidencji i dokumentacji środków trwałych oraz amortyzacji; Rozliczanie osób majątkowo odpowiedzialnych za mienie TBS w Józefowie sp. z o.o.; Przygotowywanie poleceń przelewu w programie bankowym i przedkładanie głównemu księgowemu; Obsługa najemców lokali mieszkalnych i użytkowych TBS; Monitorowanie należności, windykacja, w tym: wpisywanie zaległości najemców do baz danych ERIF Biura Informacji Gospodarczej; Sporządzanie zestawień dotyczących wiekowania należności; Kontrola na dzień 15-go każdego miesiąca należności i zobowiązań czynszowych, rejestru nakazów, porozumień, pozwów złożonych do sądu, nakazów prawomocnych i nieprawomocnych oraz spraw oddanych do komornika z ewidencją księgową; Przygotowywanie odpisów aktualizujących należności czynszowe; Zastępstwo za pracowników Działu Finansowego w czasie nieobecności; Współpracowanie z komórkami organizacyjnymi Spółki.
