-opracowanie i uaktualnianie dla ośrodka wytycznych do realizacji zadań obronnych; -w oparciu o wytyczne jednostki nadrzędnej, opracowanie planu zamierzeń obronnych na każdy rok i zapewnienie jego realizacji; -przygotowanie dokumentacji stanowiącej o strukturze organizacyjnej Okręgowego Ośrodka Wychowawczego na czas zagrożenia bezpieczeństwa Państwa i w czasie wojny; -opracowanie i aktualizacja "Instrukcji działania Okręgowego Ośrodka Wychowawczego w Pszczynie Łące w poszczególnych stopniach alarmowych"; -planistyczno - organizacyjne przygotowanie stałego dyżuru; -szkolenie obronne - prowadzenie szkolenia i zapoznawanie z dokumentacją obronną pracowników ośrodka biorących udział w realizacji zadań obronnych; -w zakresie ochrony tajemnicy państwowej i służbowej - dbanie o właściwy obieg i przechowywanie dokumentów dotyczących spraw obronnych; -postępowanie reklamacyjne; -składanie sprawozdań Dyrektorowi Ośrodka z realizacji zadań obronnyc; -wykonywanie doraźnych poleceń dotyczących zagadnień obronnych, wydawanych przez Dyrektora Okręgowego Ośrodka Wychowawczego lub przełozonych wyższego szczebla; -w zakresie spraw obronnych współpraca z kierownictwem Ośrodka oraz komórką Biura Bezpieczeństwa Ministerstwa Sprawiedliwości.

wykształcenie - wyższe (w tym licencjat) zawód - Specjalista zarządzania kryzysowego Wymagania niezbędne: - wykształcenie wyższe (bezpieczeństwo narodowe, obronność lub kierunki pokrewne), - minimum 2 letnie doświadczenie zawodowe w realizacji zadań w obszarze obronności, - znajomość ustawy z dnia 11 marca 2022r. o obronie Ojczyzny, - znajomość ustawy z dnia 5 sierpnia 2010r. o ochronie informacji niejawnych, - znajomoąć przepisów prawa z zakresu zadań obronnych, zarządzania kryzysowego,
