1. Opracowanie, weryfikacja i aktualizacja dokumentacji systemowej w oparciu o wymagania HACCP, standardów IFS oraz BRC. 2. Zespołowe prowadzenie identyfikacji zagrożeń, analiz, ocena ryzyk. 3. Uczestnictwo w przygotowaniu, przeprowadzaniu oraz nadzór nad definiowaniem działań po audytowych zewnętrznych i wewnętrznych oraz innych audytach klientów. 4. Monitorowanie działań audytowych oraz weryfikacja ich skuteczności. 5. Tworzenie raportów z procesów identyfikowalności, symulacji wycofania wyrobów. 6. Organizacja i przygotowanie przeglądów SZJ celem weryfikacji osiągnięć systemu jakości. 7. Reprezentowanie Działu Zarządzania Jakością podczas audytów. 8. Szkolenia pracowników z wymagań postępowania opisanych procedurami wewnętrznymi. 9. Prowadzenie audytów wewnętrznych na zgodność z wymaganiami standardów IFS Food oraz BRC Food. 10. Praca w zakresie podnoszenia świadomości bezpieczeństwa żywności. 11. Realizacja zadań ciągłego doskonalenia w ramach Działu Zarządzania Jakością. 12. Prowadzenie bieżących spraw z zakresu ochrony środowiska (gospodarka odpadami, gospodarka wodno-ściekowa) 13. Prowadzenie dokumentacji oraz sprawozdawczości przedsiębiorstwa wynikającej z przepisów ochrony środowiska; 14. Realizacja obowiązków sprawozdawczych w rejestrach publicznych, np. BDO, KOBIZE; 15. Współpraca z organizacjami odzysku i innymi instytucjami w zakresie obowiązków związanych z opłatą produktową oraz recyklingiem i odzyskiem odpadów opakowaniowych;

wykształcenie - wyższe (w tym licencjat) zawód - Specjalista kontroli jakości umiejetności - zaangażowanie do pracy umiejetności - praca w zespole (zdolności interpersonalne) umiejetności - obsługa komputera (znajomość programu MS Office) 1. Wykształcenie wyższe zgodne lub pokrewne z zajmowanym stanowiskiem (preferowane: Zarządzanie Jakością, Technologia Żywności, Towaroznawstwo), 2. Doświadczenie w pracy na podobnym stanowisku w firmie o profilu spożywczym, 3. Znajomość prawa żywnościowego, 4. Znajomość wymogów standardów BRC Food / IFS Food, 5. Wiedza z zakresu prowadzenia audytów, 6. Obsługa komputera oraz znajomość pakietu MS Office (środowisko Windows), 7. Certyfikat auditora wewnętrznego oraz inne certyfikaty z obszarów jakości i bezpieczeństwa żywności będą dodatkowym atutem, 8. Komunikatywność i umiejętność pracy w zespole, sumienność, zaangażowanie, dyspozycyjność, samodzielność, inicjatywa w działaniu, 9. Umiejętność dostosowywania się do nowych zadań, kreatywność, odporność na stres. 10. Bardzo dobra organizacja pracy własnej. 11. Mile widziana znajomość zagadnień ochrony środowiska.
