Monitorowanie stanu technicznego budynków i infrastruktury Uczelni.

Pracodawca zapewnia: -atrakcyjne wynagrodzenie oraz benefity (m. in. Karta Multisport, pakiet medyczny). -możliwość rozwoju zawodowego w renomowanej instytucji edukacyjnej, -przyjazną atmosferę pracy i zespoł profesjonalistów, -dobre warunki pracy w nowoczesnym obiekcie edukacyjnym.

Wykonywanie prac naprawczych związanych ze sprzętem w Akademii WSB (m. in.: naprawa stolików, ławek, biurek, krzeseł, pozostałego wyposażenia meblowego) oraz konserwacja urzadzeń i sprzętu znajdujacego się na terenie Uczelni.

Wykonywanie drobnych prac remontowych i budowlanych (np. malowanie, montaż i demontaż elementów wyposażenia).

Podejmowanie i realizowanie wszelkich działań niezbędnych do likwidacji awarii, instalacji, urządzeń, systemów, naprawy uszkodzeń.

Utrzymanie czystości i porządku w obiektach i na terenach przyległych.

Udział w przygotowaniach do wydarzeń uczelnianych pod kątem zapewnienia sprawności technicznej (np. ustawienie sprzętu audio-wizualnego, ustawienie mebli, montaż elementów wystroju).

Nadzór i opieka nad laboratoriuami (utrzymywanie sprawności urządzeń, porządkowanie sal po zajeciach).

Pomoc pozostałym pracownikom Akademii WSB przy cięższych pracach porządkowych (przenoszenie, przesuwanie szaf, mebli itp.).

wykształcenie - zasadnicze branżowe zawód - Konserwator budynków i stanu technicznego pomieszczeń wykształcenie min. średnie techniczne lub zawodowe (preferowane kierunki: elektryka, hydraulika, budownictwo, mechatronika, itp.), doświadczenie w zakresie konserwacji, napraw i drobnych prac remontowych, znajomość podstawowych zagadnień z zakresu elektryki, hydrauliki, stolarki i ogólnych prac budowlanych, umiejętność obsługi narzędzi technicznych i ręcznych, dokładność, odpowiedzialność i samodzielność w realizacji powierzonych zadań, dobra organizacja pracy, umiejętność rozwiązywania problemów oraz szybkiego reagowania na awarie, prawo jazdy kat. B, mile widziana znajomość obsługi podstawowych narzędzi komputerowych, dodatkowe wymagania: Uprawnienia palacza (kotły parowe oraz wodne na paliwa stale, płynne i gazowe o mocy wyższej niż 50 KW).
