- zarządzanie ryzykiem braku zgodności w Banku, w tym jego identyfikacja, pomiar, monitorowanie i raportowanie; - opracowanie i aktualizacja regulacji wewnętrznych oraz nadzór nad ich zgodności z przepisami prawa; - monitorowanie zmian w przepisach prawa i inicjonowanie oraz realizacja działań dostosowawczych; - projektowanie i doskonalenie mechanizmów kontroli wewnętrznej, - przeprowadzanie kontroli wewnętrznych oraz czynności wyjaśniających, raportowanie do Zarządu i Rady Nadzorczej w zakresie ryzyka braku zgodności; - opiniowanie nowych produktów, procesów oraz regulacji wewnętrznych; - koordynowanie procesu obsługi skarg i reklamacji; - współpraca z instytucjami nadzorczymi oraz podmiotami zewnętrznymi; - współpraca z Inspektorem Ochrony Danych (IOD) oraz nadzór nad przestrzeganiem przepisów RODO; - zastępowanie IOD, prowadzenie działań szkoleniowych i budowanie świadomości pracowników w zakresie zgodności, etyki; - wsparcie doradcze dla Zarządu i jednostek organizacyjnych Banku; - dbanie o aktualności informacji publikowanych na stronie internetowej Banku oraz danych w wewnętrznych bazach; - prowadzenie i bieżąca aktualizacja wewnętrznej bazy procedur oraz dokumentacji obowiązującej w Banku. - praca na dwie zmiany w godz. 8.00 - 16.00 oraz 9.00-17.00 - możliwość wykonywania pracy również w lokalizacjach: Zawiercie, Włodowice, Kroczyce, Irządze

wykształcenie - wyższe (w tym licencjat), kierunek: prawo, finanse, ekonomia zawód - Pozostali specjaliści do spraw zarządzania i organizacji uprawnienie - Prawo jazdy kat. B - wykształcenie wyższe preferowane kierunki: prawo, finanse, ekonomia - mile widziane doświadczenie w sektorze bankowym, w szczególności obszarze zgodności, ryzyka lub audytu w tym doświadczenie na stanowisku wskazanym w ofercie mile widziane - znajomość regulacji prawnych dotyczących sektora finansowego (w tym RODO, prawo bankowe, wytyczne KNF), - umiejętność analitycznego myślenia i wyciągania wniosków, samodzielność, odpowiedzialność oraz dobra organizacja pracy, wysokie standardy etyczne, dbałość o poufność informacji, umiejętność komunikacji i współpracy różnych poziomach organizacji, - prawo jazdy kat. B
