  • tworzenie, modyfikowanie oraz pełny nadzór nad ofertami produktów HUSAR na platformach Marketplace (Allegro, Amazon) oraz w sklepie internetowym;
  • przekazywanie spływających zamówień do realizacji na magazyn oraz dbanie o płynność całego procesu wysyłkowego;
  • generowanie i drukowanie listów przewozowych (etykiet kurierskich) oraz obsługa dokumentacji wysyłkowej;
  • dbanie o spójność i poprawność danych w ofertach (ceny, stany magazynowe, opisy, parametry techniczne wyciągarek);
  • wprowadzanie nowych produktów do sprzedaży - przygotowywanie opisów, dobór słów kluczowych (SEO) oraz weryfikacja i tworzenie materiałów graficznych;
  • monitorowanie zgodności ofert z regulaminami platform oraz dbanie o wysokie wskaźniki jakości sprzedaży;
  • regularna analiza konkurencji pod kątem oferty, cen, promocji i wdrażanie rozwiązań wyróżniających naszą markę na rynku;
  • bieżąca obsługa wiadomości i dyskusji z klientami na platformach sprzedażowych;
  • prowadzenie działań marketingowych w e-commerce - planowanie i realizacja kampanii promocyjnych na platformach Allegro i Amazon w celu zwiększenia widoczności i sprzedaży produktów;
  • optymalizacja ofert pod kątem marketingu i SEO - tworzenie perswazyjnych opisów, dobór słów kluczowych oraz dbanie o oprawę wizualną ofert w celu wyróżnienia marki HUSAR na tle konkurencji.

wykształcenie - średnie ogólnokształcące zawód - Magazynier język obcy - angielski, w mowie: B2 - wyższy średnio zaawansowany, w piśmie: B2 - wyższy średnio zaawansowany Wymagania: - doświadczenie w tworzeniu i zarządzaniu ofertami na platformach Marketplace - min. 1-2 lata; - bardzo dobra znajomość platformy Amazon oraz Allegro, e-Bay; - doświadczenie w obsłudze procesów wysyłkowych i generowaniu listów przewozowych (np. InPost, DPD, DHL); - znajomość narzędzi e-commerce; - znajomość marketingu e-commerce - praktyczna wiedza z zakresu promowania ofert w kanałach cyfrowych (np. Allegro Ads, Amazon Advertising, kampanie promocyjne na platformach Marketplace); - umiejętność tworzenia skutecznych ofert - znajomość zasad SEO dla marketplace, optymalizacji opisów pod kątem wyszukiwarek oraz budowania ofert nastawionych na wysoką konwersję (A+ Content, Visual Merchandising); - zmysł analityczny i marketingowy - umiejętność planowania akcji promocyjnych, analizowania ich skuteczności oraz dostosowywania cen i strategii do działań konkurencji; - dobra znajomość języka angielskiego (umożliwiająca sprawną obsługę ofert oraz klientów na rynkach zagranicznych); - proaktywność, własna inicjatywa i chęć wychodzenia z nowymi pomysłami; - świetna organizacja pracy własnej, skrupulatność oraz dbałość o detale techniczne. Mile widziane: - znajomość innych zagranicznych platform Marketplace (np. eMag, Kaufland, eBay, ManoMano); - praktyczna znajomość modeli Amazon FBA/FBM; - zmysł technizny lub zainteresowanie branżą ,otoryzacyjną/narzędziową.
