1. Naliczanie wynagrodzeń zgodnie z przepisami prawa, regulaminem wynagradzania i innymi przepisami zewnętrznymi i wewnętrznymi, 2. Sporządzanie list płac oraz przygotowywanie przelewów i księgowanie płacowych wyciągów bankowych, 3. Obsługa programu Płatnik - sporządzanie dokumentów zgłoszeniowych, wyrejestrowujących, rozliczeniowych, wykonywanie korekt, 4. Przechowywanie i zabezpieczenie dokumentacji kadrowo-płacowej, 5. Współpraca z Urzędami Skarbowymi, Zakładem Ubezpieczeń Społecznych oraz z innymi instytucjami zewnętrznymi, w tym poprawne i terminowe sporządzanie wymaganych prawem deklaracji, sprawozdań i innych dokumentów, 6. Obsługa benefitów pracowniczych w zakresie zgłaszania, wyrejestrowywania, rozliczania kosztów, 7. Uzgadnianie sald na wybranych kontach bilansowych, 8. Sporządzanie i administrowanie dokumentacją pracowniczą związaną ze stosunkiem pracy oraz innymi formami zatrudnienia, 9. Bieżąca obsługa kadrowa pracowników, 10. Prowadzenie i rozliczanie czasu pracy, 11. Przygotowywanie raportów, analiz i zestawień kadrowo-płacowych, 12. Monitorowanie zmian w przepisach prawa pracy, ubezpieczeń społecznych i podatkowych oraz udział we wdrażaniu zmian w organizacji, 13. Przygotowywanie dokumentacji emerytalno-rentowych pracowników, zaświadczeń o zatrudnieniu i wynagrodzeniu i innych.

wykształcenie - średnie ogólnokształcące zawód - Specjalista do spraw wynagrodzeń (wymagany staż - lata: 2) język obcy - polski, w mowie: C1 - zaawansowany, w piśmie: C1 - zaawansowany umiejetności - czytanie rysunku technicznego Wymagania: - wykształcenie średnie ogólnokształcące, - 2 lata doświadczenia zawodowego, - preferowane doświadczenie na maszynach firmy HAAS, - programowanie tokarek - system Fanuc dla HAAS, - umiejętność czytania rysunku technicznego, - znajomość zasad BHP, ochrony informacji oraz tajemnicy przedsiębiorstwa, - samodzielność, sumienność, odpowiedzialność i zaangażowanie w powierzone obowiązki. - bardzo dobra znajomość języka polskiego.
