Wstępna kontrola i rejestracja wpływających do stacji dokumentów księgowych. Dekretacja, sprawdzanie i księgowanie faktur oraz innych dokumentów księgowych. Prowadzenie ksiąg rachunkowych oraz spraw budżetowo-finansowych. Kontrolowanie zgodności zapisów księgowych z dokumentami źródłowymi. Prowadzenie ewidencji analitycznej kontrahentów, uzgadnianie sald, kontrola terminowości wpłat należności budżetowych, wysyłanie upomnień, tytułów wykonawczych. Sporządzanie sprawozdań finansowych. Sporządzanie informacji, analiz i sprawozdań z działalności PSSE w Kędzierzynie-Koźlu. Nadzorowanie prowadzenia księgowości materiałowej i rozliczenia inwentaryzacji. Obsługa programów finansowo-księgowych. Rozliczanie mandatów. Dokonywanie czynności z zakresu zamówień publicznych.

wykształcenie - ekonomiczne wyższe (w tym licencjat) zawód - Pozostali pracownicy do spraw rachunkowości i księgowości Wykształcenie wyższe ekonomiczne, mile widziane studia na kierunku rachunkowość, finanse, ekonomia lub studia podyplomowe na kierunku rachunkowość, finanse, ekonomia lub inne pokrewne w zakresie rachunkowości jednostek budżetowych. Specjalisty: - wykształcenie wyższe, - wymagany udokumentowany minimum dwuletni staż pracy.

Starszego specjalisty: - wykształcenie wyższe, - wymagany udokumentowany minimum trzyletni staż pracy.

1. Znajomość przepisów, w szczególności: znajomość ustawy o rachunkowości i rozporządzenia w sprawie rachunkowości oraz planów kont dla budżetu państwa, budżetów jednostek samorządu terytorialnego, jednostek budżetowych, samorządowych zakładów budżetowych, państwowych funduszy celowych oraz państwowych jednostek budżetowych mających siedzibę poza granicami Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej; znajomość rozporządzenia w sprawie szczegółowej klasyfikacji dochodów, wydatków, przychodów i rozchodów oraz środków pochodzących ze źródeł zagranicznych; znajomość przepisów podatkowych i ubezpieczeń społecznych; znajomość ustawy o postępowaniu egzekucyjnym w administracji; znajomość ustawy o finansach publicznych. 2. Dobra znajomość obsługi komputera i podstawowych aplikacji (pakietu MS Office, EZD RP) oraz praktyczna znajomość programów: INFRA ERP, MIKAD, KSeF oraz TREZOR, eTW, CIZOS. 3. Pełna zdolność do czynności prawnych oraz korzystanie z pełni praw publicznych; 4. Umiejętność pracy w zespole oraz bardzo dobra organizacja pracy własnej. 5. Zdolność analitycznego myślenia. 6. Odpowiedzialność, samodzielność działania i kreatywność. 7. Dokładność, sumienność, zaangażowanie w powierzone zadania. 8. Umiejętność pracy pod presją czasu oraz w stresie. 9. Umiejętność redagowania pism urzędowych. 10. Preferowane będzie doświadczenie w pracy w sektorze finansów publicznych.
