1.Budowanie i koordynowanie nowoczesnego wolontariatu muzealnego (stworzenie struktur, nabór, organizacja pracy wolontariuszy, tworzenie harmonogramów) 2.Organizacja i koordynacja praktyk i staży w Muzeum. 3.Nawiązywanie kontaktów z lokalną społecznością, instytucjami, organizacjami, uczelniami i szkołami. 4.Inicjowanie działań w zakresie wolontariatu międzynarodowego. 5.Prowadzenie dokumentacji związanej z realizowanymi projektami, przygotowywanie raportów i sprawozdań. 6.Współtworzenie i udział w działaniach edukacyjnych realizowanych przez Muzeum, prowadzenie lekcji i warsztatów muzealnych. 7.Aktywny udział w wydarzeniach organizowanych przez Muzeum. 8.Zaangażowanie w działania Muzeum na rzecz dostępności.
