W zakres zadań stanowiska wchodzą m.in.: 1. Administracja i nadzór nad systemami sygnalizacji włamania oraz pożaru w obiektach IK, monitoringu wizyjnego w obiektach IK, kontroli dostępu w obiektach IK, 2. Administracja wewnętrzną siecią telefoniczną oraz komórkowymi telefonami służbowymi, 3. Instalacja i aktualizacja oprogramowania, 4. Zapewnienie wsparcia technicznego wszystkim użytkownikom, 5. Dbanie o bezpieczeństwo systemów i sieci telefonicznych, 6. Prowadzenie spraw związanych z zarządzaniem majątkiem (sprzęt telefoniczny) znajdującym się w magazynie, 7. Nadzorowanie wykonania umów i zleceń przez firmy zewnętrzne; 8. Prowadzenie magazynu sprzętu telefonicznego, 9. Przygotowanie i realizacja zakupów sprzętu na potrzeby OAD, 10. Odpowiedzialność za powierzone mienie.

wykształcenie - średnie ogólnokształcące zawód - Specjalista monitoringu systemów zabezpieczeń technicznych osób i mienia (wymagany staż - lata: 2) umiejetności - komunikatywność, wysoka kultura osobista umiejetności - dokładność i odpowiedzialność w wykonywaniu powierzonych obowiązków umiejetności - odpowiedzialność i dobra organizacja pracy Praca związana z obsługą systemów zabezpieczeń technicznych osób i mienia (alarmów i kontroli dostępu). Umiejętności: doświadczenie w pracy: związanej z obsługą syst. zabezp. tech. osób i mienia, w instytucji finansów publ., znajomość procedur zakupowych w oparciu o pzp, praktyczna znajomość systemu EZD RP.
