1. Prowadzenie szkoleń dla rolników oraz innych mieszkańców obszarów wiejskich. 2. Prowadzenie działalności informacyjnej i doradczej wspierającej rozwój produkcji rolniczej. 3. Współudział w organizacji wystaw, organizacja pokazów oraz innych przedsięwzięć upowszechniających wiedzę rolniczą, nowe technologie produkcji oraz promujących produkty i wyroby przetwórstwa rolno-spożywczego. 5. wykształcenie - wyższe (w tym licencjat) zawód - Inżynier rolnictwa zawód - Doradca rolniczy język obcy - polski, w mowie: C2 - biegły, w piśmie: C2 - biegły umiejetności - mile widziane prawo jazdy kat.B Wymagania konieczne: 1. Wykształcenie wyższe na kierunkach: rolnictwo, zootechnika, technika rolnicza i leśna, ogrodnictwo, ekonomika rolnictwa lub inny kierunek studiów wyższych obejmujące przedmioty z dziedziny nauk rolniczych w wymiarze co najmniej 60 punktów ECTS lub studia podyplomowe, obejmujące przedmioty z dziedziny nauk rolniczych w wymiarze co najmniej 30 punktów ECTS; 2. Znajomość obsługi komputera MS Office, umiejętność korzystania z Internetu i aplikacji biurowych, 3. Prawo jazdy kat. B. 4. W przypadku stanowiska doradcy/doradczyni rolniczej wymagany staż min. 5 m-cy oraz posiadanie specjalistycznych kwalifikacji* * reguluje to rozporządzenie Ministra Rolnictwa i rozwoju Wsi z dnia 4 stycznia 2005 r. w sprawie warunków wynagradzania za pracę i przyznawania innych świadczeń związanych z pracą pracownikom jednostek doradztwa rolniczego (Dz.U. 2014 nr 124 ze zm.). Wymagania dodatkowe: 1. Znajomość obowiązujących regulacji prawnych dotyczących funkcjonowania jednostek doradztwa rolniczego. 2. Znajomość obowiązujących regulacji prawnych dotyczących przyznawania pomocy finansowej ze środków Unii Europejskiej oraz innych źródeł krajowych i zagranicznych, w szczególności w ramach Planu Strategicznego dla Wspólnej Polityki Rolnej na lata 2023 2027. 3. Mile widziane doświadczenie zawodowe w zakresie doradztwa rolniczego. 4. Mile widziana umiejętność analizy dokumentów programowych oraz przygotowywania wniosków i dokumentacji związanej z pomocą finansową dla rolników. 5. Umiejętność pracy w zespole. 6. Dobra organizacja pracy własnej oraz samodzielność. 7. Komunikatywność i umiejętność pracy z klientem. 8. Dyspozycyjność.
