Zakres zadań wykonywanych na stanowisku pracy: prowadzenie referatu orzecznika, protokołowanie na rozprawach i posiedzeniach, przygotowanie wokand na posiedzenia (dołączanie dowodów doręczenia, sporządzanie wokand), rozpisywanie spraw, wypisywanie oraz wysyłanie wezwań i zawiadomień do stron, pełnomocników, biegłych i świadków, wysyłanie prawomocnych orzeczeń do stron i urzędów oraz odpisów pism procesowych, zakładanie akt zastępczych, przepisywanie orzeczeń, uzasadnień i wysyłanie ich stronom postępowania lub ich pełnomocnikom, wprowadzanie danych z akt do systemu komputerowego i obsługa sądowych programów komputerowych, wysyłanie prawomocnych orzeczeń do stron i urzędów oraz odpisów pism procesowych, sporządzanie zarządzeń wypłaty dla biegłych i adwokatów, wykonywanie innych czynności przewidzianych w regulaminie urzędowania sądów powszechnych i w przepisach szczególnych, pełnieniu dyżurów dla zapewnienia niezwłocznego rozpoznania spraw w postępowaniu przyspieszonym oraz realizacji wniosków o zastosowanie tymczasowego aresztowania.
