Na co dzień pracownik zajmuje się: - bieżącym researchem w zakresie możliwości pozyskania funduszy dla działalności Sinfonii Varsovii w konkursach realizowanych przez podmioty publiczne i niepubliczne, - monitorowaniem krajowym i zagranicznych programów grantowych oraz identyfikowanie możliwości finansowania projektów, - przygotowywaniem i składaniem wniosków grantowych oraz zapewnieniem ich zgodności z wymogami organizatorów konkursów/programów, - analizą dokumentacji konkursowej, regulaminów, wytycznych oraz warunków udziału w naborach, - opracowywaniem dokumentacji grantowej oraz ofert współpracy dla partnerów oraz budżetów, harmonogramów i wskaźników projektowych, - budowaniem i utrzymywanie relacji z instytucjami finansującymi oraz partnerami projektowymi, - raportowaniem postępów realizacji projektów grantowych.

wykształcenie - wyższe (w tym licencjat) zawód - Specjalista do spraw pozyskiwania funduszy (fundraiser) język obcy - polski, w mowie: C2 - biegły, w piśmie: C2 - biegły Pracodawca szuka osoby, która: - ma wykształcenie wyższe, - ma minimum 2 lata doświadczenia w pozyskiwaniu dotacji, - zna krajowe i międzynarodowe źródła finansowania, - zna procesy aplikacyjne i umie tworzyć dokumentację wymaganą przez instytucje grantowe, - umie redagować teksty i dopasować sposób komunikacji do odbiorców, - potrafi budować trwałe relacje z kontrahentami, - doskonale organizuje pracę własną, posiada umiejętność planowanie, pracy pod presją czasu, - umie wyznaczać priorytety i jest samodzielna, - jest zorientowana na wynik i zmotywowana, - bardzo dobrze zna pakiet MS Office, w tym MS Excel - umie pracować z dużą ilością dokumentów (regulaminy, wytyczne), - doskonale porozumiewa się w języku angielskim poziom C1.

Mile widziane: - zna zasady rozliczania projektów publicznych, - doświadczenie w pracy w sektorze publicznym.
