Dobra znajomość przepisów z zakresu: Ustawy o rachunkowości; Ustawy o finansach publicznych. Posiadanie obywatelstwa polskiego. Pełna zdolność do czynności prawnych oraz korzystanie z pełni praw publicznych. Brak skazania prawomocnym wyrokiem sądu za umyślne przestępstwo ścigane z oskarżenia publicznego lub umyślne przestępstwo skarbowe. Obsługa komputera w zakresie pakietu Microsoft Office i programów księgowych. Do głównych obowiązków pracowników będzie należało m.in.: Ewidencja wpłat bankowych, przypisów i odpisów należności oraz innych dokumentów stanowiących podstawę zapisów księgowych. Weryfikacja poprawności zapisów na kontach księgowych. Przygotowywanie przelewów, sprawdzenie poprawności danych na przelewach bankowych z dokumentami finansowo księgowymi. Księgowanie dokumentów finansowo księgowych. Naliczanie odsetek kwartalnych. Terminowe i rzetelne sporządzanie sprawozdań budżetowych w zakresie dochodów budżetowych.
