  • wykonywanie badań mikrobiologicznych i parazytologicznych materiału biologicznego, zgodnie z obowiązującymi procedurami,
  • ocena i interpretacja wyników badań oraz autoryzacja wyników/sprawozdań z badań zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami i procedurami,
  • nadzór nad prawidłowym pobieraniem, przyjmowaniem, identyfikacją, przechowywaniem i przygotowaniem materiału do badań,
  • wykonywanie badań oraz realizacja działań związanych z zapewnieniem jakości,
  • realizacja zadań wynikających z systemu zarządzania obowiązującego w akredytowanym laboratorium, zgodnie z wymaganiami PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018-02,
  • monitorowanie zmian w przepisach, normach i wytycznych dotyczących zakresu działalności pracowni,
  • współpraca z kierownictwem Oddziału Laboratoryjnego oraz innymi komórkami organizacyjnymi Stacji

wykształcenie - wyższe (w tym licencjat) zawód - Diagnosta laboratoryjny wymagane kwalifikacje: - wykształcenie wyższe magisterskie uzyskane zgodnie z przepisami dotyczącymi wykonywania zawodu diagnosty laboratoryjnego, - posiadanie prawa wykonywania zawodu diagnosty laboratoryjnego, - posiadanie tytułu specjalisty w dziedzinie laboratoryjnej mikrobiologii medycznej, - co najmniej 5-letni staż pracy w zawodzie diagnosty laboratoryjnego, - doświadczenie zawodowe w medycznym laboratorium diagnostycznym, w szczególności w zakresie diagnostyki mikrobiologicznej i parazytologicznej, - znajomość zasad wykonywania badań laboratoryjnych materiału biologicznego oraz zasad zapewnienia jakości wyników badań, - odpowiedzialność, sumienność, skrupulatność i bardzo dobra organizacja pracy, - umiejętność współpracy i komunikacji w zespole.

wymagania dodatkowe: - znajomość przepisów prawa z zakresu medycyny laboratoryjnej, ustawy o Państwowej Inspekcji Sanitarnej - znajomość zasad systemu zarządzania jakością w laboratorium, w tym wymagań normy PN-EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018-02, - doświadczenie w pracy w laboratorium posiadającym akredytację (mile widziane),znajomość zasad walidacji/weryfikacji metod badawczych oraz zapewnienia jakości badań, - znajomość języka angielskiego w stopniu umożliwiającym korzystanie z literatury fachowej, - umiejętność obsługi komputera, w szczególności pakietu MS Office.
