Na co dzień pracownik zajmuje się: - bieżącymi naprawami i usterkami w budynkach Sinfonii Varsovii, - utrzymaniem technicznym infrastruktury obiektów, urządzeń, instalacji i terenów Sinfonii Varsovii, - bieżącymi pracami konserwacyjnymi i naprawczymi (np. drobne prace hydrauliczne, malarskie i ślusarskie), - dbaniem o prawidłowy stan techniczny sprzętu i urządzeń wykorzystywanych do konserwacji oraz utrzymania porządku na terenie Sinfonii Varsovii, - monitorowaniem realizacji usług związanych z utrzymaniem czystości oraz odbiorem odpadów na terenie Sinfonii Varsovii, - monitorowaniem prac budowlano-konserwacyjnych i montażowych realizowanych na terenie siedziby Sinfonii Varsovii przez osoby lub podmioty zewnętrzne, - współpracą z firmami serwisowymi i wykonawcami, - dbaniem o teren zewnętrzny Instytucji.

wykształcenie - średnie zawodowe zawód - Konserwator budynków i stanu technicznego pomieszczeń język obcy - polski, w mowie: C2 - biegły, w piśmie: C2 - biegły Pracodawca szuka osoby, która: - ma wykształcenie techniczne co najmniej zawodowe, - posiada świadectwo kwalifikacyjne G1 eksploatacja, - ma 3 lata doświadczenia na podobnym stanowisku lub przy wykonywaniu montażu, uruchamianiu lub utrzymaniu instalacji i infrastruktury technicznej budynków (branża elektryczna, sanitarna, teletechniczna), - ma praktyczną znajomość instalacji i infrastruktury technicznej budynków, - umie rozpoznawać usterki oraz podejmować odpowiednie działania w tym kierunku, - umie wykonywać prace konserwacyjne i naprawcze, - zna przepisy BHP i ochrony przeciwpożarowej, - jest samodzielna, odpowiedzialna i ma dobrą organizacje pracy własnej, - wie, jak współpracować z wykonawcami i firmami serwisowymi, - ma gotowość do pracy w zmiennych godzinach, w tym w systemie zmianowym, w weekendy oraz podczas koncertów i wydarzeń.
