Realizowanie powierzonych obowiązków zgodnie z Ustawą o Ochronie Osób i Mienia; Podejmowanie jednoosobowych decyzji w przypisanym obszarze działania i samodzielny dobór metod realizacji przypisanych zadań; Przydzielanie zadań podległym pracownikom oraz stały nadzór nad ich pracą; Opracowywanie okresowych informacji z dzialalności ochrony na chronionych obiektach; Prowadzenie ewidencji dokumentacji związanej z ochroną obiektów zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami i zasadami; Ustalanie zakresu zadań całej wewnętrznej struktury organizacyjnej komórki, którą kieruje; Rzetelne i sumienne wykonywaniepracy, prowadzącej do poprawy wizerunku spółki. Umowa na czas określony, praca w godzinach 07:00-15:00

wykształcenie - średnie ogólnokształcące zawód - Kierownik agencji ochrony mienia i osób uprawnienie - Prawo jazdy kat. B Wykształcenie minimum średnie; Doświadczenie minimum 1 rok stażu pracy na stanowisku kierowniczym w ochronie obiektów podlegających obowiązkowej ochronie; Wpis na listę kwalifikowanych pracowników ochrony, legitymacja dopuszczająca do posiadania broni; Prawo jazdy kat B - konieczne; Samodzielność, odpowiedzialność, operatywność, dynamizm w działaniu, odporność na stres, doświadczenie w zarządzaniu ludzmi, umiejętność w rozwiązywaniu konfliktów w stresujących warunkach, zdolność analitycznego myślenia; Znajomość przepisów prawa pracy w zakresie czasu pracy, znajomość przepisów prawa w ustawie o ochronie osób i mienia. staż pracy ogółem - lata: 1
