Surveily to firma technologiczna z Wrocławia rozwijająca rozwiązania wykorzystujące sztuczną inteligencję i Computer Vision do poprawy bezpieczeństwa w zakładach przemysłowych. Nasze systemy działają bezpośrednio u klientów, dlatego szukamy osoby, która dołączy do naszego zespołu i pomoże nam dbać o ich prawidłowe funkcjonowanie.

Czym będziesz się zajmować?

Na początku będziesz pracować przy wsparciu bardziej doświadczonych członków zespołu. Stopniowo będziesz zdobywać samodzielność i poznawać nasze środowisko.

Twoje obowiązki: - Codzienne monitorowanie sprawności systemów Surveily u klientów. - Weryfikacja funkcjonalności systemów na środowiskach deweloperskich. - Identyfikowanie oraz rozwiązywanie problemów technicznych zgłaszanych przez klientów. - Współpraca z zespołem przy wdrażaniu nowych rozwiązań. - Tworzenie raportów o stanie systemów.

Nie oczekujemy, że będziesz umieć wszystko od pierwszego dnia - pokażemy Ci nasze środowisko i sposób pracy.
