-udzielanie użytkownikom informacji na temat usług sieciowych, obliczeniowych, chmurowych realizowanych przez CI TASK (telefonicznie oraz za pomocą kanałów komunikacji elektronicznej); -tworzenie opisów zgłoszeń użytkowników, ich obsługa i analiza; -obsługa systemu do zarządzania zgłoszeniami, komunikacja z użytkownikami za pomocą różnych kanałów (e-mail, czat, telefon) w jednym interfejsie webowym; -monitorowanie infrastruktury IT oraz reagowanie na alarmy z systemów monitorujących pracę komór serwerowych, usług sieciowych, serwerowych i aplikacyjnych; -analiza, rejestracja i klasyfikacja incydentów w systemie zgłoszeniowym, udział w tworzeniu instrukcji do rozwiązania najczęściej pojawiających się problemów z różnych grup zgłoszeń; -dbanie o jakość i terminowość swojej pracy oraz wspieranie zespołu w utrzymaniu ciągłości działania.

wykształcenie - wyższe (w tym licencjat) zawód - Pozostali operatorzy sieci i systemów komputerowych WYMAGANIA PODSTAWOWE -wykształcenie wyższe techniczne, ukończone studia inżynierskie lub status studenta kierunki informatyczne (elektroniczne) lub podobne średnie techniczne -podstawowa wiedza z zakresu działania sieci komputerowych (TCP/IP, routing) i systemów operacyjnych (Linux/ Windows), pozwalająca na wstępną diagnozę problemu -znajomość języka angielskiego pozwalająca na czytanie dokumentacji technicznej -wysoka kultura osobista, bardzo dobre umiejętności komunikacyjne i profesjonalizm -odpowiedzialność, dokładność i rzetelność w wykonywaniu procedur -dbałość o poufność informacji oraz gotowość do przestrzegania zasad ochrony informacji, danych użytkowników i informacji dotyczących infrastruktury oraz bezpieczeństwa systemów teleinformatycznych -gotowość do elastycznej zmiany harmonogramu czasu pracy (praca w godzinach 14:00 22:00) MILE WIDZIANE -doświadczenie na stanowisku operatora infolinii technicznej lub podobnym
