Sporządzanie oraz prowadzenie korespondencji biurowej, m.in. sporządzanie różnego rodzaju pism (w tym pism urzędowych) z zastosowaniem techniki komputerowej i oprogramowania do edycji tekstu; Wykonywanie obliczeń oraz tworzenie baz danych; Obsługiwanie programów oraz urządzeń biurowych (kserokopiarki, skanera itp.), w tym dla niewidomych i słabowidzących; Opracowywanie instrukcji kancelaryjnych; Sporządzanie rzeczowego wykazu akt, porządkowanie i przechowywanie akt; Organizowanie pracy biura lub sekretariatu, w tym kompletowanie materiałów i aktów prawnych niezbędnych do pracy; Wykonywanie czynności kancelaryjnych, w tym przyjmowanie i znakowanie korespondencji, rozdzielanie pism itp.; Przygotowywanie korespondencji do wysłania pocztą tradycyjną i pocztą elektroniczną; Udzielanie informacji telefonicznych; Przygotowywanie zebrań, narad, konferencji itp.; Stosowanie przepisów prawa dotyczących tajemnicy służbowej oraz ochrony danych osobowych; Przestrzeganie zasad etyki, ergonomii, bezpieczeństwa i higieny pracy oraz stosowanie przepisów prawa dotyczące ochrony przeciwpożarowej i ochrony środowiska.
