  • znajomość programu kosztorysowego Norma Expert oraz przepisów niezbędnych do opracowania kosztorysów;
  • przygotowywanie zamówień publicznych do 170 tyś. zł i powyżej, opracowywanie opisu przedmiotu zamówienia, specyfikacji technicznej wykonania i odbioru robót budowlanych, szacowanie wartości zamówienia, przeprowadzanie rozpoznania cenowego;
  • współpraca przy przygotowaniu niezbędnych dokumentów do zakończenia i rozliczenia zadań remontowo- konserwacyjnych;
  • udział w komisjach odbioru robót oraz obiektów przekazywanych dla JW 1156 z inwestycji lub po naprawach gruntownych;
  • praca na wysokości powyżej 3 m ;
  • opracowywanie kosztorysów niezbędnych do realizacji zadań remontowych i konserwacyjnych realizowanych w obiektach administrowanych przez JW 1156.

wykształcenie - średnie zawodowe zawód - Kosztorysant budowlany umiejetności - biegła obsługa komputera, Microsoft Office umiejetności - dobra obsługa komputera I)Wymagania obowiązkowe: -wykształcenie średnie techniczne i staż pracy 3 lata; -wykształcenie wyższe techniczne i staż pracy 1 rok;

II)Wymagania preferowane: -wyższe magisterskie lub podyplomowe w specjalności budownictwo ogólne lub konstrukcje budowlane; -doświadczenie zawodowe 2 lata w instytucjach MON lub budżetowych; -znajomość obiegu dokumentów obowiązujący w resorcie obrony narodowej; -poświadczenie bezpieczeństwa o klauzuli POUFNE lub wyższe; -bardzo dobra znajomość pakietu OFFICE
