To specyfika, której nie da się nauczyć w kilka tygodni potrzebujemy osoby, która zna ją z praktyki, płynna obsługa SolidWorks lub porównywalnego programu CAD na poziomie samodzielnego projektowania, nie tylko odczytu modeli, doświadczenie z centrami obróbczymi CNC: Weinig Conturex, BACCI, SCM [do weryfikacji] lub porównywalnymi, umiejętność samodzielnego prowadzenia tematu od problemu do wdrożonego rozwiązania, swobodne poruszanie się w dokumentacji technicznej tworzenie i weryfikacja praktyczna znajomość materiałów drzewnych, płyt i okleiny, odpowiedzialność za powierzony obszar i gotowość do podejmowania decyzji. Mile widziane - doświadczenie w optymalizacji i automatyzacji procesów produkcyjnych, znajomość systemów CAD/CAM, znajomość systemu enova365 lub innego ERP, doświadczenie we współpracy z dostawcami maszyn i narzędzi, prawo jazdy kat.
