Nesta posição presencial, você será parte do time que mantém nossos bancos de dados atualizados e confiáveis, garantindo insumos essenciais para a área comercial e para análises de mercado.

  • Validar e digitar dados captados no mercado.
  • Padronizar e manter fichas de empreendimentos para a área comercial.
  • Atualizar e manter bancos de dados por telefone e outras fontes.
  • Apoiar na atualização de estatísticas de mercado (transações, vacância, aluguéis etc.).
  • Seguir processos e procedimentos de pesquisa, garantindo qualidade dos dados.
  • Monitorar disponibilidade de empreendimentos para demandas comerciais.
  • Colaborar com o time em rotinas e projetos de pesquisa.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Superior cursando em Administração ou áreas correlatas.
  • Boa habilidade com digitação e organização de informações.
  • Conforto para realizar pesquisas por telefone e em outras fontes.
  • Domínio de pacote Office (especialmente Excel) para tratamento de dados.
  • Perfil detalhista, analítico e comprometido com prazos.
  • Disponibilidade para trabalho presencial.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência prévia com pesquisa.
  • Ter atuado na área adminsitrativa.
  • Vivência no segmento imobiliário ou consultorias.
  • Facilidade para lidar com times comerciais e áreas de negócio.
