To strengthen our CRM Consulting Team, we are looking for several Senior Consultants (m/f/d) with strong conceptual skills and proven implementation experience, specializing in at least one of the following CRM areas: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Community Cloud.

Expectations and Tasks:

  • Provide solution-oriented process and technology consulting for large industrial enterprises
  • Deliver Salesforce CRM projects as a Project Lead and/or Consultant
  • Design, develop, and implement enterprise solutions based on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Community Cloud
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and key point of contact for our clients regarding the Salesforce Customer Success Platform
  • Support presales activities and contribute to the development and expansion of long-term customer relationships

Qualifications and Skills:

  • University degree, preferably in Business Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics
  • Several years of experience in the delivery and management of CRM projects
  • Broad CRM expertise as well as cross-functional integration knowledge in the areas of ERP, SaaS, and Cloud solutions is desirable
  • Extensive hands-on experience in designing and implementing structured business solutions within industrial enterprises
  • Willingness to travel
  • Excellent English language skills; additional language skills in German are an advantage
