Seit über 30 Jahren begleiten wir Weltmarktführer bei der digitalen Transformation und gestalten nachhaltige Lösungen für globale Geschäftsprozesse. Zur Verstärkung unseres Finance & Controlling Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n Bilanzbuchhalter/in (m/w/d). In dieser Rolle betreust du eigenverantwortlich die Buchhaltung einzelner Gesellschaften der cbs Gruppe in der DACH-Region und trägst aktiv zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Finance-Prozesse bei.

Unser Team in Heidelberg verantwortet die HGB-Rechnungslegung und das -Reporting der gesamten Unternehmensgruppe.

Was dich erwartet

  • Selbstständige Abschlusserstellung von einer oder mehrerer Gesellschaften der cbs Gruppe in der Region Asien
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Konzernreportings und Bilanzanalysen
  • Verantwortung für die Hauptbuchhaltung einschließlich Kontenabstimmungen
  • Sicherstellung der ordnungsgemäßen Verbuchung aller Geschäftsvorfälle
  • Ansprechpartner für Wirtschaftsprüfer, Steuerberater und interne Fachbereiche
  • Unterstützung bei der Optimierung und Standardisierung von Finanzprozessen
  • Mitwirkung bei Projekten im Bereich Finance und Accounting
  • Überwachung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher und interner Compliance-Anforderungen

Was wir uns wünschen

  • Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Accounting oder Abschluss als Bilanzbuchhalter/in
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (mind. 3 Jahre) im Accounting – idealerweise in einem internationalen Umfeld
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Bilanzierung und Abschlusserstellung nach HGB
  • Sehr gute SAP FI/CO-Kenntnisse sowie sicherer Umgang mit MS Excel
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Erste Erfahrung mit Projekten
  • Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freude am fachlichen Austausch und an bereichsübergreifender Zusammenarbeit
  • Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Entscheidungsfreude und Gestaltungswillen
