Das Geschäftsfeld Transformation Management Office mit Schwerpunkt Kommunikation der cbs unterstützt unsere Kunden bei der erfolgreichen Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung komplexer Transformationsprogramme. Dabei begleiten wir Unternehmen insbesondere in den Bereichen Projektmanagement, Kommunikation, Change Management und Stakeholder Management. Für unser Team suchen wir einen motivierten Werkstudenten (m/w/d), der Interesse an den Bereichen Projektmanagement, Kommunikation und Change Management hat und seine Fähigkeiten in einem dynamischen Umfeld weiterentwickeln möchte.

Was Dich erwartet

  • Du erhältst spannende Einblicke in Transformationsprojekte und die Berufswelt eines Projekt- und Change-Managers in SAP-Projekten
  • Du unterstützt bei strategisch wichtigen Projekten und Transformationsvorhaben
  • Du beschäftigst Dich mit dem Einsatz von Künstlicher Intelligenz (KI) im Projektmanagement und entwickelst sowie testest innovative Anwendungsfälle
  • Du identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale und unterstützt bei der Weiterentwicklung von Methoden, Prozessen und Arbeitsweisen
  • Du erstellst Präsentationen, Kommunikationskonzepte und Grafiken zur visuellen Unterstützung von Projekten und Initiativen
  • Du unterstützt beim Wissensmanagement des Bereichs sowie beim Aufbau und der Pflege von Best Practices, Methoden und Vorlagen
  • Du arbeitest in unterschiedlichen Kunden- und internen Projekten mit und übernimmst eigenständig Aufgabenpakete

Was wir uns wünschen

  • Studium der Wirtschafts-, Kommunikations-, Sozialwissenschaften oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
  • Gute analytische und organisatorische Fähigkeiten, Eigeninitiative sowie eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Projektmanagement, Kommunikation oder Change Management sind ein Plus
  • Kreatives Denken, proaktives Einbringen von Ideen sowie ein Auge für Gestaltung und zielgruppengerechte Kommunikation
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (insbesondere PowerPoint, Word und Excel)
  • Interesse an digitalen Trends und dem Einsatz von KI im Beratungs- und Projektumfeld
