The Early Talent Program Specialist works in close partnership with the Director, Talent Strategy & Analytics to build and execute CBX's early career talent programs, including the multi-market apprenticeship program, internship program, and the technical school recruiting playbook. This role drives day-to-day execution and program logistics for early career programs. Essential Functions
Drive day-to-day execution of the apprenticeship program in partnership with the Director Recruit candidates for apprenticeship and internship programs Serve as the primary point of contact and coordination lead across partner apprenticeship markets Support administration of program mechanics under DOL Registered Apprenticeship standards Own apprenticeship cohort tracking, documentation, and compliance recordkeeping Execute the regional internship program day-to-day, including recruiting and onboarding, and partner with the Talent Development team on coordination of rotation/project structure and program logistics for interns Support the Director in building and maintaining the matriculation pipeline strategy connecting interns to full-time roles Coordinate with hiring managers on intern project scoping, mentorship, and performance check-ins Conduct regular pulse check-ins with interns and apprenticeship participants throughout their program to surface engagement, satisfaction, and early risk signals; share findings with the Director and relevant hiring managers Support development and rollout of the technical school recruiting playbook for markets outside the identified apprenticeship partner markets, under the Director's direction Build relationships with technical school partners and help manage a repeatable engagement model Coordinate program calendars, timelines, and milestone tracking across all early career programs Support program budget tracking and partner/vendor coordination specific to early talent programs Maintain program documentation, onboarding materials, and playbooks Track and report on early career KPIs, including 90-day and first-year turnover, offer acceptance rate, and time-to-fill for critical roles Assist the Director with the people analytics buildout for metrics requiring dedicated administration (ramp-time pulse checks, hiring manager satisfaction, quality-of-hire correlation) as tooling and capacity allow Support Apprenticeship Tracking System and Candidate CRM requirements definition and rollout
Minimum Qualifications
2–3+ years of experience in early career recruiting, talent development, or workforce program coordination Experience with apprenticeship, internship, or campus-to-corporate pipeline programs Comfortable coordinating multi-site or multi-partner program logistics
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong organizational skills; comfortable managing a program calendar with concurrent workstreams Data fluency sufficient to track and report program KPIs (Excel/Power BI or similar) Strong stakeholder management skills; able to coordinate directly with external partner organizations, hiring managers, and leadership Ability to work well in a fast-paced, still-forming program environment
