The posting

The Facilitator delivers technical, operational, product, systems, and field-based training that improves employee capability, accelerates role readiness, and supports consistent execution across CBX Solutions.Reporting to the Manager, Corporate Training, the Facilitator is aligned to designated Regional Directors and their respective field organizations. The role partners closely with Regional Directors, District Directors, General Managers, field leaders, subject matter experts, IT, and the broader Talent Development team to understand capability gaps, deliver practical training solutions, and support regional and enterprise business priorities.The Facilitator serves as a subject matter expert and trusted training resource for new and existing employees, with particular focus on Division 8, Division 10, electronic hardware, business systems, operational processes, and related industry applications. Essential Functions

Deliver technical, operational, product, systems, new-hire, refresher, and field-based training through in-person, virtual, webinar, and on-location formats. Support the regional training alignment model by working closely with the assigned Regional Director, District Directors, General Managers, and field leaders to understand business priorities, capability gaps, operational challenges, and emerging training needs. Execute regional training plans and priorities established in partnership with the Manager, Corporate Training and Regional Director while maintaining consistent enterprise training standards. Maintain regular communication with the Manager, Corporate Training regarding regional needs, training activity, capability gaps, emerging trends, resource requirements, and opportunities for improvement. Build and maintain productive working relationships with Regional Directors, District Directors, General Managers, field leaders, subject matter experts, and employees across assigned regions. Deliver new-hire industry training and ongoing development for employees in sales, estimating, project management, operations, and other applicable functions. Provide Comsense Advantage, Comsense Enterprise, BlueBeam Revu, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and other assigned business systems training for new and existing employees. Deliver technical training related to commercial doors, frames, hardware, Division 8, Division 10, electronic hardware, commercial construction applications, and other industry-specific topics. Conduct scheduled training at company locations, regional sites, vendor locations, and other field locations based on business needs. Facilitate monthly or recurring in-person training sessions as assigned based on demand, capability gaps, and business priorities. Deliver online webinar and virtual training for new and existing employees as directed by the Manager, Corporate Training. Assign and support online learning courses for new and existing employees in coordination with Talent Development processes and systems. Partner with the Manager, Corporate Training and Manager, Learning Experience to provide input into the creation, revision, and continuous improvement of facilitator guides, participant materials, job aids, videos, eLearning, and other learning resources. Assist with the development and maintenance of training documentation, procedures, reference materials, and other performance-support resources. Coordinate with external partners, vendors, manufacturers, suppliers, DHI, and other industry organizations to support technical, product, certification, and continuing-education training. Coordinate applicable DHI or other external online training programs for employees in sales, estimating, project management, and related functions. Maintain awareness of changes in products, systems, codes, operational processes, industry standards, and field practices that may affect training content. Gather learner feedback, assessment results, field observations, and business leader input to help evaluate training effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement. Provide timely, responsive service to employees and field leaders requesting training support, guidance, or assistance. Support enterprise training initiatives, special projects, system implementations, process changes, and other Talent Development priorities as assigned. Travel extensively to company, regional, field, vendor, customer, and industry locations as required, up to 80%. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education, industry certification, or relevant professional development preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the commercial door, frame, hardware, construction, security integration, or related industry preferred. Strong practical experience in commercial doors, frames, hardware, estimating, detailing, project management, operations, sales, or related field functions preferred. Experience delivering technical, operational, systems, or field-based training preferred. Experience presenting to small and medium-sized groups in both in-person and virtual environments. Experience coaching, mentoring, or supporting employee development preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Strong knowledge of Division 8 materials, commercial doors, frames, hardware, and related industry applications. Working knowledge of Division 10, electronic hardware, electronic access, or related products and systems preferred. Strong knowledge of BlueBeam Revu, Comsense Advantage, and Comsense Enterprise, with the ability to confidently train users on applicable systems. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other CBX Solutions business systems preferred. Knowledge of door, frame, and hardware applications as they relate to fire codes, building codes, ADA requirements, life-safety standards, and other commercial construction requirements. Ability to translate complex technical, operational, and systems information into clear, practical, job-relevant instruction. Strong facilitation, presentation, coaching, and interpersonal skills. Ability to establish credibility and productive working relationships with Regional Directors, District Directors, General Managers, field leaders, employees, vendors, and subject matter experts. Ability to understand regional business needs while maintaining consistent enterprise training standards. Strong customer-service orientation and responsiveness. Strong oral and written communication skills. Effective time-management, organization, and prioritization skills. Ability to independently manage a training schedule, travel requirements, learner needs, and multiple competing priorities. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong mathematical and technical aptitude. Ability to use Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, learning systems, webinar platforms, and related business technology. Ability to provide actionable feedback to the Manager, Corporate Training regarding capability gaps, training needs, field trends, and opportunities for improvement. Ability to travel extensively based on business needs.

Warehouse conditions include proximity to forklifts and other heavy machinery and the use of various tools and hardware. Employees may be subject to frequent heavy lifting and exposure to variable weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold.
