About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Intern to join our growing team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle and provides an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Recruitment Consulting.

As a Recruitment Intern, you will work closely with experienced recruiters and support various recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, advertising vacancies, database management, and recruitment administration. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating and posting job advertisements across various recruitment platforms and social media channels.
  • Support recruiters in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, recruitment databases, and social networking platforms.
  • Conduct market and role research to gain a better understanding of job requirements and target candidate profiles.
  • Screen resumes and identify suitable candidates based on job specifications.
  • Contact candidates to discuss job opportunities and gather preliminary information.
  • Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating communication between candidates and recruiters.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the recruitment database and ATS.
  • Support the preparation and formatting of candidate CVs and submission documents.
  • Organize recruitment files, folders, and documentation in accordance with company standards.
  • Perform data entry and administrative tasks related to recruitment activities.
  • Monitor and update candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
  • Assist with recruitment reports and process documentation.
  • Provide general support to the recruitment team as required.
  • Support in creating blogs and marketing material

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Human Resources.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and social media platforms is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Able to work independently in a remote environment.
