  • Assist the CSR team in increased renewable energy procurement through contracting of RECs, vPPAs and more within the Home and Personal Care division.
  • Evaluate new technologies and materials to improve efficiency and reduce environmental impact.
  • Evaluate Ecometrica workflows striving for efficiency improvements in line with evolving reporting guidelines.

Product Compliance

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer compliance inquiries and questionnaires.
  • Interpret current and emerging global packaging, chemical, and environmental regulations and translate them into guidance for internal teams.
  • Communicate with sites, suppliers, and account managers to lead end‑to‑end product compliance, ensuring adherence to California Prop 65, REACH SVHC, RoHS, MOSH, PFAS, etc.
  • Develop and manage compliance documentation such as Declarations of Conformity, technical files, testing documentation, and customer‑requested compliance statements, ensuring all files are consistently up-to-date.
  • Lead software management and supplier onboarding for document collection.
  • Collaborate with product teams to evaluate new materials, inks, adhesives, and technologies for regulatory compliance implications.
  • Proactively monitor changes in regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Partner with CSR and Legal teams to ensure product claims (recyclability, recycled content, PFAS, etc) are evidence‑based and aligned with anti‑greenwashing and sustainability standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, Engineering or a related field.
  • 2 – 5 years of engineering or project management experience, preferably with exposure to sustainability, energy, or environmental initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of LCA, GHG accounting, and Corporate Social Responsibility

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
