We’re CCMC, a community management company specializing in master-planned communities. Our vision of inspiring a resident-centric focus is brought to life by our core values: Integrity, Respect, Service and Community.

About the Community:

We offer a unique opportunity for you to be part of the agrihood community movement and a friendly, hardworking team. We pride ourselves in creating a positive, enjoyable work environment. We grow acres of organic vegetables and fruit that are distributed to residents through a retail Farm Share program. In addition to overseeing production, we also maintain a Garden and General Store for residents.

Are you passionate about community engagement and thrive in a service-oriented environment? Join us as a Community Ambassador, where you'll be at the heart of creating memorable experiences for residents, guests, and prospective buyers. This position offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative team and a resident-centric culture with the Community and CCMC, two companies known for their integrity, respect, service, and community-focused values.

Responsibilities:

  • Community Overview & Engagement: Serve as the first point of contact for guests, residents, and potential buyers, providing tours, answering questions, and disseminating community information and its offerings.
  • Event Support: Assist the client’s marketing team in planning and executing marketing events with potential buyers, realtors, and residents, both inside and outside the community. Help organize and facilitate community events with the client, Lifestyle Director, and Farm Director.
  • Administrative Duties: Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, event registration, and supporting marketing efforts with weekly sales and traffic reports. Maintain operational tasks such ensuring a well-maintained environment and inventory management for on-site facilities.
  • Daily Operations: Follow checklists to open and close the facility properly, ensuring it meets health and safety standards. Engage regularly with residents, prospective buyers, and staff, and perform facility tours as needed and directed by the Community Manager. Work closely with the team to facilitate communication goals.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, with strong project management and multitasking skills in fast-paced environments. Alternatively, a minimum of six months’ experience with excellent customer service skills and telephone etiquette will also be considered.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written communication, and proficiency in using Microsoft Office. Must be able to develop, design, and implement programs and reports.
  • Personal Qualities: A positive, outgoing personality, the ability to work well independently and as part of a team, and strong conflict resolution skills.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and attend community events. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Additional Information:

  • Work Schedule: The primary workdays will be on weekends, with additional hours approved for events and deadlines. Flexibility to work nights, holidays, and weekends as needed.

Join us and be part of a service-oriented team dedicated to enhancing the community experience for all!

If driving is, or becomes, a requirement of the role, it is required, at all times, that you hold a valid state driver’s license for the class of vehicle you are driving, maintain a clean motor vehicle report, and hold current automobile insurance at statutory limits. You must notify Human Resources immediately regarding any change to your motor vehicle standing. CCMC may periodically review motor vehicle reports to ensure compliance with these requirements.

The physical requirements can vary, but generally, they may include:

  • Lifting and Carrying: Occasionally lifting and carrying supplies or equipment up to 25 pounds.
  • Extended Sitting or Standing: Capability to sit or stand for extended periods during meetings or events.
  • Manual Dexterity: Skills in using technology, including computers and mobile devices.

We are committed to creating an inclusive and accessible work environment. If you require reasonable accommodations during the application process or in performing the job duties as described in the posting, please email [email protected] so we can review next steps together.

What we offer:

  • Support Programs – Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and Calm Health.
  • As a part-time employee, you may be eligible to accrue paid sick leave in accordance with applicable state and local laws.
  • 401(k) with Company Match – Automatic enrollment with a 30% match on the first 10% of contributions.
  • Competitive pay, depending on experience

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
