The posting

Buscamos um Comercial Hunter altamente motivado e orientado a resultados para atuar diretamente na prospecção de novos clientes B2B, tanto por canais internos (telefone, e-mail, social selling, inbound) quanto externos (visitas presenciais, networking, eventos, prospecção ativa em campo).

Responsabilidades

Realizar prospecção ativa de novos clientes B2B, utilizando diferentes canais (telefone, Whasts, e-mail, LinkedIn, visitas e eventos).

Identificar oportunidades de negócio.

Abordar potenciais clientes, entender suas necessidades e apresentar soluções da empresa.

Registrar atividades e acompanhar métricas de prospecção em CRM.

Cumprir metas de prospecção, volume de contatos, reuniões agendadas, visitas e oportunidades geradas.

Qualificações Necessárias:

CNH B e Veículo Próprio

Experiência prévia em vendas Hunter, SDR, Business Development ou prospecção ativa B2B.

Habilidade comprovada em contato direto com clientes (ligações, reuniões, apresentações).

Familiaridade com CRM (Ploomes, HubSpot, PipeDrive, RD, Salesforce ou similar).

Conhecimento de técnicas de abordagem, qualificação e vendas consultivas (SPIN, GPCT, BANT, etc.).

Boa comunicação verbal e escrita.

Pacote Office e/ou ferramentas digitais de prospecção.
