Dental Front Office Receptionist

Full-Time | Dental Experience Required | Monthly Bonuses

We are seeking an experienced Dental Front Office Receptionist to join our team. If you're organized, professional, and comfortable managing a busy dental front desk, we'd love to hear from you. This role also includes monthly bonus opportunities based on performance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage appointment scheduling and ensure smooth office flow
  • Greet and welcome patients, maintaining a positive and professional environment
  • Handle recalls and follow-up scheduling
  • Present and plan treatment independently
  • Verify insurance and collect co-payments
  • Support office operations with accuracy and attention to detail

Qualifications

  • Dental front office experience required
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience with Diamond Dental, Dentrix, Open Dental, or similar dental software
  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment (computer, email, copier, fax, phone systems)
