• Apoiar consultores e liderança nas rotinas comerciais, contribuindo para a organização e fluidez das demandas da área; • Realizar atendimento e relacionamento com clientes, garantindo uma comunicação clara, cordial e eficiente. • Apoiar o acompanhamento de propostas comerciais, oportunidades de negócio e negociações em andamento; • Manter atualizadas as informações, interações e registros comerciais no CRM; • Acompanhar indicadores comerciais, contribuindo para a análise de resultados e evolução das metas; • Realizar contatos de follow-up com clientes e prospects, apoiando a continuidade das negociações e o fortalecimento do relacionamento; • Organizar agendas, prazos e demandas da área comercial, assegurando melhor controle das atividades; • Apoiar ações de prospecção, campanhas comerciais e iniciativas voltadas à geração de novas oportunidades; • Identificar e propor melhorias nos processos comerciais, visando maior eficiência, produtividade e melhores resultados para a equipe; • Acompanhar a evolução das metas individuais e coletivas, apoiando a gestão na análise de desempenho da equipe.

Horário:

Segunda à sexta-feira das 08:00 às 18:00.

• Desejável Ensino Superior em andamento em Administração, Gestão Comercial, ou áreas correlatas; • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita, com habilidade para se relacionar com e equipe interna e público externo; • Organização, atenção aos detalhes e capacidade de acompanhar diferentes demandas simultaneamente; • Proatividade, senso de urgência e iniciativa para contribuir com a melhoria das rotinas comerciais; • Facilidade com sistemas, CRM, planilhas e demais ferramentas digitais; • Perfil colaborativo, com foco em relacionamento, produtividade e alcance de resultados; • Interesse em atuar na área comercial, apoiando processos, indicadores, propostas e relacionamento com clientes; • Experiência anterior na área comercial, atendimento ao cliente ou rotinas administrativas será considerada um diferencial;
