The posting

Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités, nous recherchons un(e) Gestionnaire de chantiers HVAC & Sanitaires Junior. Vous assurez à la fois la préparation des offres de prix et le suivi opérationnel des chantiers, depuis l'étude du dossier jusqu'à la réception des travaux.

Responsabilités

  • Garantir l'exactitude et la compétitivité des devis remis aux clients.
  • Assurer la bonne exécution technique des installations HVAC et sanitaires.
  • Contrôler les coûts et la rentabilité des projets confiés.
  • Être l'interlocuteur privilégié des fournisseurs, sous-traitants et partenaires du projet.
  • Veiller à la satisfaction du client tout au long de la réalisation des travaux.
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des méthodes de travail et de l'organisation des chantiers.

Missions

  • Analyser les cahiers des charges, plans et documents techniques.
  • Réaliser les métrés et élaborer les offres de prix pour les projets HVAC et sanitaires.
  • Consulter et négocier avec les fournisseurs et sous-traitants afin d'obtenir les meilleures conditions techniques et financières.
  • Rechercher des solutions techniques performantes et optimiser les coûts des projets.
  • Préparer et organiser les chantiers en collaboration avec les équipes internes.
  • Assurer le suivi technique, administratif et financier des chantiers.
  • Coordonner les interventions des équipes et des sous-traitants sur le terrain.
  • Veiller au respect des délais, du budget, des normes de qualité et des règles de sécurité.
  • Participer aux réunions de chantier et assurer la communication avec les clients, architectes et bureaux d'études.
  • Contrôler l'avancement des travaux et apporter les ajustements nécessaires en cas d'imprévus.

Votre profil

  • Vous disposez d'un bachelier ou d'une formation technique à orientation HVAC, électromécanique, construction ou équivalent.
  • Vous justifiez idéalement de 2 à 3 années d'expérience dans une fonction similaire.
  • Vous possédez de bonnes connaissances techniques en HVAC et sanitaire.
  • Vous êtes organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et orienté(e) solutions.
  • Vous appréciez le travail de terrain tout en étant à l'aise avec les tâches administratives et le suivi financier.
  • Vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques courants (Suite Office).
