Responsável por coordenar as atividades e as equipes de produção da Trefilação, garantindo o cumprimento do plano de produção e dos objetivos de segurança, qualidade, produtividade, custos e eficiência operacional, por meio da gestão da rotina, desenvolvimento das pessoas e aplicação dos princípios Lean.

Principais atribuições Coordenar as equipes e as operações de Trefilação, garantindo o cumprimento do plano de produção, das prioridades e dos padrões estabelecidos; Planejar e acompanhar a produção, avaliando volumes, capacidade, recursos, produtividade e desempenho dos processos; Realizar a gestão dos indicadores de segurança, qualidade, produtividade, eficiência, custos e perdas, analisando desvios e definindo planos de ação; Assegurar o cumprimento dos procedimentos e padrões de segurança, qualidade e processo, fortalecendo uma atuação preventiva e a disciplina operacional; Atuar no Genba, acompanhando as condições dos processos, equipamentos, organização do ambiente, desempenho das equipes e oportunidades de melhoria; Disseminar os princípios Lean e a Cultura Organizacional, fortalecendo a melhoria contínua, eliminação de desperdícios, melhoria do fluxo, padronização e eficiência operacional; Liderar e incentivar a utilização de ferramentas e práticas de melhoria contínua, como 5S, gestão visual, trabalho padronizado, PDCA, A3 e análise de causa; Identificar e atuar sobre perdas, gargalos, retrabalhos e demais oportunidades de melhoria, garantindo a implementação e sustentabilidade das ações; Coordenar a gestão da rotina da produção, assegurando o acompanhamento dos resultados, prioridades e planos de ação; Garantir o cumprimento dos padrões operacionais, promovendo sua revisão e evolução sempre que identificadas oportunidades de melhoria; Liderar, orientar e desenvolver as lideranças e equipes de produção, promovendo feedback, autonomia, disciplina operacional e capacidade de solução de problemas; Promover o desenvolvimento e a capacitação da equipe, contribuindo para a formação técnica, comportamental e para a disseminação da cultura de melhoria contínua; Promover a integração da Produção com Qualidade, Manutenção, Engenharia, PCP, Logística, Lean e demais áreas de apoio, buscando maior estabilidade, fluidez e eficiência dos processos; Liderar e apoiar a análise e solução estruturada de problemas por meio do A3, relacionados à produção, qualidade, equipamentos, processos e desempenho operacional; Acompanhar a disponibilidade e utilização dos recursos produtivos, atuando em conjunto com as áreas responsáveis para garantir a continuidade e eficiência das operações; Contribuir para a construção e manutenção de uma cultura de segurança, melhoria contínua, trabalho em equipe, disciplina operacional e excelência nos resultados.
