3. Data Health, Governance, Security, and Systems Management

  • Lead and enforce the district's data governance framework, including policies, standards, data ownership, access, and accountability.
  • Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of district data through validation processes, data dictionaries, and quality controls.
  • Manage core data and analytics platforms, including Infinite Campus and Tableau, to support operations, reporting, and decision-making.
  • Provide hands-on technical expertise for database management, query writing, report design, system integrations, and advanced troubleshooting.

  • Direct applied research and program evaluation efforts to measure effectiveness, outcomes, and return on investment for district initiatives and investments.
  • Prioritize and develop forecasting and scenario models related to enrollment, staffing, finance, facilities, and resource allocation.
  • Translate complex data and research findings into clear conclusions, recommendations, and strategic next steps for district leadership.

5. Registration, State Reporting, and Student Records

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
