  • Monitor payer portals and contact payers directly, as needed, to obtain authorization updates and resolve status discrepancies.
  • Independently prioritize cases based on submission deadlines, authorization expiration risk, and regulatory timeframes.
  • Escalate urgent authorization issues, delays, or barriers that may result in avoidable denials or authorization lapses.
  • Coordinate peer to peer scheduling logistics and maintain related documentation.
  • Document and communicate payer determinations, including approvals, partial approvals, and denials, in EPIC/CS-Link in accordance with departmental and regulatory standards.
  • Identify patterns or systemic authorization workflow issues and communicate trends to UM leadership.
  • Document and communicate payer determinations, including approvals, partial approvals, and denials.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
