Tražimo osobne asistente za rad na puno i nepuno radno vrijeme.

Uvjeti za osobnog asistenta:

Osobni asistent mora biti punoljetna zdravstveno sposobna osoba koja ima završen program obrazovanja odraslih (osposobljavanja) za osobnog asistenta i:

  • srednju stručnu spremu ili
  • osnovnu školu i završen program za stjecanje odgovarajuće kvalifikacije ili skupova ishoda učenja za zanimanje njegovatelj.

Iznimno, osobni asistent može biti osoba koja ne ispunjava uvjet završenog programa obrazovanja odraslih (osposobljavanja) za osobnog asistenta ako je do dana stupanja na snagu Zakona o osobnoj asistenciji završila edukaciju za osobnog asistenta u trajanju od najmanje deset sati i ispunjava ostale uvjete za osobnog asistenta propisane Zakonom.

U slučaju da kandidat nema završen program obrazovanja odraslih (osposobljavanja) za osobnog asistenta, isti je dužan završiti u roku od 3 mjeseca po zapošljavanju.

Svi kandidati dužni su dostaviti molbu i životopis, potvrdu o nekažnjavanju ne stariju od 30 dana, presliku svjedodžbe ili diplome o stečenom zvanju, presliku osobne iskaznice te potvrdu o stažu.

Prije sklapanja Ugovora o radu, odabrani kandidati će biti upućeni na medicinu rada (liječnički pregled).

Po dostavljenom Uvjerenju o zdravstvenoj sposobnosti, poslodavac će sklopiti ugovor s kandidatima koji zadovoljavaju uvjete propisane natječajem.

Aktivnosti koje će osobni asistent obavljati kod korisnika uređeni su Odlukom o rasporedu na radno mjesto te su definirani dnevni sati usluge osobne asistencije.
