The posting

Från Januari 2027 söker vi en lärare i Idrott och hälsa för åk 1-9 till Margarethaskolan. Tjänsten är ett vikariat med start 7 Januari 2027 till 17 juni 2027.

Margarethaskolan i Knivsta är en friskola med ca 240 elever från förskoleklass till årskurs 9. Verksamheten har inspirerats av den pedagogik som utvecklats i Reggio Emilia. Utgångspunkten är att alla barn har unika förmågor och egenskaper som ska bemötas med respekt och tas på allvar. Vi vill att eleverna ska få möjlighet att använda alla sina språk för att uttrycka sig, lära sig och visa vad de kan. Demokratiska värden och en tro på alla elevers förmåga är viktiga ledord på Margarethaskolan.

Vi söker dig som vet att det är dina relationer till eleverna som skapar god förutsättningar i klassrummet. Du är trygg i ditt ledarskap och ser elever, vårdnadshavare och kollegor som olika delar av det team som formar framtidens vuxna.

När vi frågar våra elever vilka viktiga egenskaper en lärare behöver ha svarar de: Humoristisk men ändå ha förmågan att vara seriös. Alltid göra det som är bäst för alla och se till att ingen halkar efter. Kunna göra klassrummet tryggt för alla och kunna variera sin undervisning utifrån klassen. Läraren ska också kunna lyssna på eleverna, ge och ta feedback. Läraren måste lita på sina elever och kunna fokusera på det elever gör rätt om de kan, istället för att leta fel.

Tjänsten är ett vikariat med start 7 Januari 2027. Sista ansökningsdag är 1 december. Vi intervjuar löpande och kan komma att tillsätta tjänsten innan ansökningstiden passerat.
