Cedergrenska är ett av Sveriges största utbildningsföretag och bedriver utbildning av högsta kvalitet för barn och elever från förskola till eftergymnasiala utbildningar.

Vi söker nu en projektledare till vår marknadsavdelning. Det här är en bred och varierad roll där du får projektleda, planera och samordna marknadsföringsinsatser för flera av koncernens skolor och varumärken.

Du kommer att arbeta både operativt och strategiskt och ha en viktig roll i att utveckla och stärka våra skolors varumärken. Rollen innebär många kontaktytor, både internt och externt, och passar dig som trivs med att driva flera projekt parallellt, hålla ihop olika delar och se till att idéer blir verklighet.

Exempel på arbetsuppgifter:

  • Planera, koordinera och genomföra marknadsföringsinsatser.
  • Koordinera och producera innehåll tillsammans med interna och externa resurser.
  • Planera och genomföra event och mässor.
  • Ta fram och följa upp varumärkesstrategier.
  • Sammanställa och analysera statistik och resultat.
  • Arbeta med omvärldsanalys.
  • Ansvara för budget.

Vi söker dig som:

  • Har en relevant utbildning inom projektledning, marknadsföring eller liknande.
  • Har minst 3 års relevant arbetslivserfarenhet, och som är van att arbeta självständigt inom rollen.
  • Har erfarenhet av att arbeta med flera varumärken, verksamheter eller kunder parallellt.
  • Är strukturerad och har förmåga att hantera flera projekt parallellt.
  • Trivs i en varierad roll där du får kombinera strategiskt arbete med praktiskt genomförande.
  • Är van att använda AI-verktyg som en del av det dagliga arbetet och ser möjligheter att effektivisera och utveckla arbetsprocesser med hjälp av AI.
  • Har god kommunikationsförmåga och bidrar till ett gott samarbete i teamet.

Meriterande:

  • Erfarenhet av att arbeta inom skol- eller utbildningsbranschen.
  • Erfarenhet av digital annonsering och kampanjarbete i exempelvis Meta Business Suite och Google Ads.
  • Erfarenhet av enklare grafisk produktion och arbete i Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Kunskaper inom SEO samt erfarenhet av att arbeta i WordPress.
  • Förmåga att arbeta datadrivet med hjälp av verktyg som Google Analytics.

I samarbete med Refapp genomför vi bakgrundskontroller och registerutdrag som ett sista steg i rekryteringsprocessen.
