Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesLevantamento de Requisitos: Apoiar a coleta e análise de necessidades junto às áreas de negócio.Mapeamento de Processos: Documentar fluxos operacionais, regras de negócio e criar manuais funcionais.Melhoria Contínua: Auxiliar na identificação de oportunidades para automação e otimização de processos.Interface Técnica: Atuar como facilitador da comunicação entre os usuários finais e os desenvolvedores.Qualidade e Testes: Acompanhar testes de sistemas, homologações e apoiar a gestão de chamados.Indicadores: Elaborar relatórios e indicadores de suporte para tomada de decisão.Requisitos e qualificações

O que você precisa ter:

Formação: Cursando graduação em Sistemas de Informação, Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas, Ciência da Computação, Engenharia de Software, Administração, Contabilidade, Gestão de Finanças ou áreas correlatas.Raciocínio Lógico: Boa capacidade analítica voltada para lógica de negócios e processos corporativos.Ferramentas: Domínio do Pacote Office, com foco em Excel e PowerPoint para apresentações e relatórios.Perfil Comunicativo: Facilidade para interagir com diferentes equipes, coletar informações e documentar fluxos de trabalho.O que irá de destacar (Diferenciais):Contato prévio com metodologias ágeis (Scrum e Kanban).Noções ou familiaridade com sistemas de gestão ERP (Oracle Fusion, SAP, TOTVS ou similares).
