Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista de Desenvolvimento TI (.NET/C# e Python) Pleno | Remoto para atuar no desenvolvimento e na evolução de soluções tecnológicas voltadas ao mercado financeiro, especialmente em sistemas de onboarding, risco e operações.

Nessa posição, você terá a oportunidade de trabalhar na construção de APIs, serviços e integrações, participando da modernização de sistemas e da evolução de produtos em um ambiente regulado. O foco principal será o desenvolvimento backend, envolvendo regras de negócio, integrações, persistência de dados, mensageria e observabilidade.

Buscamos um profissional com experiência sólida em desenvolvimento utilizando .NET/C# e Python, perfil proativo, capacidade analítica e autonomia para propor soluções técnicas. É importante ter facilidade para compreender sistemas legados, identificar oportunidades de melhoria e contribuir ativamente para a construção de novas soluções.

Você fará parte de um ambiente dinâmico, com desafios relacionados à modernização tecnológica, arquitetura de software e desenvolvimento assistido por inteligência artificial, utilizando ferramentas de IA como apoio ao ciclo de desenvolvimento, sempre com senso crítico e revisão técnica.

RESPONSABILIDADES:

  • Projetar, desenvolver e manter APIs REST, workers e integrações utilizando .NET/C# e Python.
  • Desenvolver soluções voltadas aos fluxos de onboarding, risco e operações.
  • Atuar na modernização de sistemas, compreendendo o funcionamento do legado e contribuindo para a construção de novas soluções.
  • Desenvolver e manter integrações com bureaus, serviços de identidade, antifraude e sistemas internos.
  • Modelar, consultar e administrar dados em MongoDB e PostgreSQL.
  • Implementar soluções de mensageria e comunicação entre serviços utilizando RabbitMQ.
  • Participar do desenvolvimento de funcionalidades relacionadas a KYC, compliance, análise de risco e validação de documentos.
  • Desenvolver testes automatizados, realizar code reviews e garantir a qualidade das entregas.
  • Utilizar ferramentas de inteligência artificial como apoio ao desenvolvimento, testes, depuração e revisão de código.
  • Apoiar atividades de deploy, diagnóstico e acompanhamento de aplicações em ambientes Docker e Kubernetes.
  • Contribuir com decisões técnicas, melhorias arquiteturais e evolução contínua dos produtos.

OS REQUISITOS QUE ESPERAMOS DE VOCÊ:

  • Experiência em desenvolvimento backend com C# e .NET 8/10.
  • Experiência em desenvolvimento com Python 3.12 ou versões superiores.
  • Conhecimento em desenvolvimento de APIs utilizando ASP.NET Core Web API, Minimal APIs, Flask e/ou FastAPI.
  • Experiência com arquitetura de software, especialmente Clean Architecture e Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
  • Conhecimentos em bancos de dados MongoDB e PostgreSQL.
  • Experiência com mensageria, preferencialmente MassTransit e RabbitMQ.
  • Conhecimento em arquitetura orientada a eventos, processamento assíncrono e integração entre sistemas.
  • Experiência com testes automatizados e ferramentas como xUnit, Moq, FluentAssertions e pytest.
  • Conhecimentos em Git, CI/CD, Bitbucket Pipelines e SonarQube.
  • Experiência com Docker e conhecimentos de Kubernetes.
  • Vivência com ferramentas de inteligência artificial aplicadas ao desenvolvimento de software, como Cursor, GitHub Copilot ou Claude Code.
  • Perfil proativo, analítico e colaborativo, com autonomia para propor soluções e atuar na modernização de sistemas.
  • Boa comunicação e facilidade para trabalhar em equipe.

DIFERENCIAIS:

  • Experiência com sistemas de compliance, KYC/AML e soluções antifraude.
  • Conhecimentos em biometria facial, liveness, OCR e documentoscopia.
  • Experiência com migração ou reescrita de sistemas legados.
  • Conhecimentos em React, TypeScript ou Vue.js.
  • Experiência com Redis para implementação de estratégias de cache.
  • Conhecimentos em ArgoCD, GitOps e Istio.
  • Vivência no mercado financeiro, especialmente em bancos, corretoras, fintechs ou empresas de tecnologia para investimentos.
