Estamos em busca de um(a) DBA Sênior para integrar o nosso time de Engenharia e assumir um papel estratégico na evolução do ambiente de dados da Cedro.

Desenvolvemos produtos de software para o mercado de capitais, atendendo corretoras, bancos de investimento, gestoras de recursos e assessorias de investimento. Nossos sistemas suportam operações críticas de negociação, market data e conectividade com a B3, onde integridade e performance são requisitos essenciais.

Essa posição nasce em um momento importante da nossa evolução: estamos internalizando a administração dos nossos bancos de dados e buscamos um profissional que assuma essa responsabilidade como referência técnica da área, liderando iniciativas de modernização, redução de riscos e melhoria contínua do ambiente.

RESPONSABILIDADES:

  • Administrar, operar e otimizar ambientes de banco de dados Oracle, PostgreSQL e MongoDB.
  • Conduzir a reestruturação e modernização contínua do ambiente de dados, identificando riscos, gargalos e débitos técnicos.
  • Implementar e aprimorar estratégias de backup, recovery, alta disponibilidade e disaster recovery.
  • Realizar tuning de performance em queries, índices, planos de execução e capacity planning em ambientes críticos.
  • Trabalhar em parceria com os times de Desenvolvimento e Arquitetura na modelagem de dados, revisão de consultas e definição de padrões técnicos.
  • Estabelecer políticas de segurança, controle de acesso e conformidade dos bancos de dados.
  • Monitorar proativamente o ambiente, definindo métricas e alertas para prevenção de incidentes.
  • Conduzir migrações, upgrades de versão e iniciativas de consolidação do ambiente.
  • Documentar processos, arquiteturas e runbooks, garantindo padronização e compartilhamento de conhecimento.
  • Atuar como referência técnica em banco de dados, apoiando decisões arquiteturais de diferentes squads.

OS REQUISITOS QUE ESPERAMOS DE VOCÊ:

  • Experiência sólida como DBA em ambientes de produção de alta criticidade.
  • Conhecimento aprofundado em Oracle (administração, tuning, backup, recovery e alta disponibilidade).
  • Conhecimento aprofundado em PostgreSQL (administração, tuning, replicação e backup/recovery).
  • Experiência prática com MongoDB (administração, modelagem, replica sets, sharding e performance).
  • Vivência em ambientes de alta disponibilidade e grande volume transacional.
  • Capacidade de atuar de forma autônoma, consultiva e proativa, propondo melhorias estruturais.
  • Boa comunicação e facilidade para atuar em conjunto com times de Desenvolvimento, Infraestrutura e Produto.

DIFERENCIAIS:

  • Experiência no mercado financeiro, especialmente em bancos, corretoras, gestoras, fintechs ou empresas do mercado de capitais.
  • Conhecimento em Redis.
  • Experiência com automação de tarefas de DBA utilizando scripts, Terraform, Ansible ou Infrastructure as Code.
  • Vivência com observabilidade de bancos de dados (Prometheus, Grafana ou ferramentas de APM).
  • Conhecimento em bancos de dados gerenciados em cloud (AWS, Azure ou GCP).
  • Familiaridade com ambientes que envolvam OMS, Market Data ou integração com a B3.
